ABOUT PREORDERS:
At Matttech Modular you are usually only able to purchase a product if it is physically in stock, and the website listings accurately reflect our current inventory. The only exceptions to this rule are as follows:
- “AVAILABLE AT OUR SUPPLIER” shown above the Add to Cart button on the product page – used for certain products (usually UK brands) where stock is readily available and can be quickly shipped from the supplier.
- “PREORDER” written in brackets after the product title – for newly-released items where we anticipate very high demand, or for particularly expensive or niche products.
Realistic delivery estimates (ETAs) for both scenarios are always provided on the individual product pages, directly above the Add to Cart button. We NEVER take payments for preorders unless we are extremely confident that we can fulfil them within the timescale provided. If in doubt, ask one of our many loyal customers 🙂
